Person rescued after two-vehicle crash in Elveden near Thetford and Mildenhall

A person was rescued by fire crews following a two-vehicle on a busy route in a Suffolk village.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service attended a collision at just after 6pm yesterday on the B1106 at Elveden, near Thetford.

One casualty was freed by crews and left in the care of the ambulance service.

Fire engines from Elmswell and Brandon were at the scene of the incident and left at about 7.30pm.
