Sudbury to see new Screwfix open at former Plumbase in Addison Road as jobs listed on website





A new DIY store appears set to open in Sudbury as jobs have been listed on its website.

Screwfix is hiring for an assistant manager, retail supervisor, retail assistant and trade supervisor for its new store, which is listed as 6a Addison Road, the former Plumbase store which ceased trading in March.

The jobs are all listed as permanent roles and start from £11 per hour.

A Screwfix spokesperson said: “As we continue to grow our store network we will announce details about each new store in due course, including the planned opening of the Sudbury store in the coming months.

“Screwfix continues to grow it’s store network to meet customers’ needs and bring supplies even closer to busy tradespeople. Customers can find up to date store information on Screwfix.com.”

It has not yet been revealed when Screwfix Sudbury will open its doors.
