Market Cross Surgery in Mildenhall warns of delays as computer system is upgraded

A GP surgery in Mildenhall has warned of possible delays as their computer system is upgraded.

Market Cross Surgery said technical issues mean the improvements, due to be completed today, will not be completed until Monday, May 10.

The practice said staff are still on hand to help patients, but delays are inevitable with staff required to record information manually.

Sarah Greatorex, practice manager, said: “The overwhelming majority of our patients have been very understanding with this unexpected disruption to services and we thank them for their support."
