A143 Earsham fatal crash sees Roydon man charged with death by dangerous driving
A man in his 30s from Roydon has been charged by police following a fatal collision on the A143 at Earsham.
The incident involved a silver Mitsubishi and a black Ford S Max, and happened at approximately 8pm on October 1. The driver of the Ford died.
The driver of the silver Mitsubishi, Lee Peartree, 34, from Roydon, Diss, was taken to hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.
He was subsequently arrested and taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning and charged with death by dangerous driving and two counts of causing serious Injury by dangerous driving.
He appeared at Norwich Magistrate's Court on Saturday where he was remanded into custody and is next due to appear on November 6 at Norwich Crown Court.
