Watch Coddenham Road Bridge in Needham Market flooded after Storm Babet strikes

A video on social media has shown Suffolk’s most bashed bridge flooded with water following Friday’s major weather incident.

The 13 second clip was posted on Friday and shows Coddenham Road in Needham Market transformed into a brown river due to Storm Babet.

The Coddenham Road Bridge on the B1078 once held the title of the ‘most bashed bridge’ in Britain in 2020.

According to Network Rail, the bridge was hit 10 times between 2021/2022.
