Bury St Edmunds property in Wollaston Close raided by police with two men arrested on suspicion of drug offences

Two men were arrested in Bury St Edmunds on suspicion of drug offences after a property was raided by police.

Officers descended on a property in Wollaston Close yesterday where they found drug paraphernalia.

The men, aged 36 and 38, were both arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug.

They were taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning where they remain.

Two police cars, a van and dog unit were spotted at the scene at about 9.40pm yesterday.
