Daniel Hermon, 26, of Market Place, Southwold and Nathan Baker, 19, of Quay Street, Halesworth, appear in court charged with attempted murder after Beccles incident where man driven over

Two men charged with attempted murder after a man was assaulted and driven over appeared in court yesterday.

Nathan Baker, 19, of Quay Street, Halesworth, and Daniel Hermon, 26, of Market Place, Southwold, entered no plea at Ipswich Crown Court.

Both were remanded in custody.

The injured man was taken to James Paget Hospital after the assault in Beccles on November 18, and later to Addenbrooke's, where he was discharged with life-changing injuries.

Lewis Aldridge, 27, of Market Place, Southwold, has also been charged with attempted murder in the case, and will appear at Ipswich Crown Court on January 15, 2024.
