B1106, near to A11 and Thetford, closed as police and air ambulance at scene of serious collision

The B1106 is closed in both directions at Elveden, near Thetford, after a two-car accident.

The air ambulance is on the scene of the incident, which happened just before 6am.

The B1106 is just off the A11, close to the Center Parcs Holiday Village, which attracts thousands of visitors each week.

Police are dealing with the crash, and ambulance and air ambulance crews are also there.

The road is currently closed in both directions between Brandon and the A11.

Any witnesses to the collision are asked to contact the Roads and Armed Policing Team, quoting reference CAD 38 of 2 November.
