Motorcyclist in his 20s dies in B1106 crash at Elveden, near Brandon
A biker in his 20s has died following a two-vehicle collision in Elveden.
Police were called just before 6am to a collision on the B1106 near the Center Parcs Holiday Village close to Brandon, involving a Vauxhall Corsa and a motorcycle.
Police confirmed this afternoon that the rider of the motorcycle – a man in his 20s – died at the scene.
A volunteer paramedic from Suffolk Accident Rescue Service (SARS) and ambulance crews also attended the incident.
The road was closed between Brandon and the A11 while collision investigation experts inspected the scene.
Police also recovered both vehicles.
They confirmed the road reopened at 1pm.
