Teenager injured after crash in Bell Lane, Kesgrave, outside Heath Primary School





A teenager has been injured after a crash outside of a primary school in a Suffolk town.

Police were alerted to the incident outside of Heath Primary School in Bell Lane, Kesgrave at 8.50am this morning (November 8), after a collision between a car and a pedestrian.

The ambulance service was called after the teenage boy suffered minor injuries, reportedly feeling dizziness and pain in his right leg.

An East of England Ambulance spokesperson said: “We were called at 8.50am to a collision involving a teenage boy and a car travelling at low speed on Bell Lane in Kesgrave.

“An ambulance was sent to the scene and assessed the boy, who did not require transportation to hospital and was discharged into the care of his family.”

The road was briefly blocked after the incident but has now reopened.
