The loveable Suffolk cats searching for a new home
Welcoming a cat into your home is a life-changing decision but also the most rewarding thing to do.
Many cats are desperate to be given a chance and find a home they can call their own.
RSPCA Suffolk has provided profiles of four felines looking for their new family.
Name: Dory
Breed: Domestic short-haired
Age: Young adult
Dory came into the RSPCA centre after being found abandoned.
When she first came to the centre, Dory found it really difficult to settle and trust people in her new environment, but with a bit of help, patience and TLC, Dory is surely coming out of her shell and now appreciates fuss from people she knows.
Dory is looking for a patient home that will give her the time and space she needs to settle in and gain trust between her and her new adopted family.
Do you have the right home and the patience that Dory needs to become that confident kitty?
Name: Chupa
Breed: Domestic short-haired
Age: eight months
Chupa came into the centre due to there being too many cats in his previous home.
When first at the centre, he was very worried, spending most of his time hiding away in the safety of his bed.
With time and patience, Chupa is coming out of his shell more and enjoys receiving small fusses from his human friends on his terms.
We hope, with continued patience and positive socialising, Chupa will grow more in confidence and become your best friend.
Chupa is currently on a sensitivity diet, which will need to be continued when he goes into his new home. This can be purchased from the centre at a reduce price.
Do you have the puurfect home for Chupa the chap?
Name: Fizz
Breed: Domestic short-haired
Age: 12
Fizz came into the centre after her previous owner could no longer care for her.
Fizz is a sweet natured and affectionate girl who loves nothing more than fuss from her human companions and food!
Her favourite past times consist of watching the world go by on a nice soft blanket and getting as much attention as she can.
Do you have the purrrfect home for this wonderful puss?
Name: Beatrix
Breed: Domestic short-haired
Age: 2
Beatrix came into the centre along with her kittens due to being found as strays.
Beatrix is a super affectionate girl, who enjoys receiving as much fuss as she can get her paws on, and if she’s ignored, she is quite vocal until someone makes a fuss of her again.
Her favourite past times are playing with a variety of toys and eating her kibble.
Do you have the right home for this sweet girl?
