A Suffolk farm and wildlife park received a wonderful Christmas present as it has announced the birth of five capybara pups.
Jimmy’s Farm and Wildlife Park in Wherstead, near Ipswich, broke the news over its social media channels yesterday.
Capybaras, which are the world’s largest rodents, are found in South America living in small herds on grassland, tropical rainforest and wetlands.
On the Jimmy’s Farm and Wildlife Park website it says some of its capybaras on the site are named after characters from the Disney film, Encanto.
