Stonham Barns Park near Stowmarket cancels firework display scheduled for Saturday, December 2, due to weather

A firework night scheduled to take place at Stonham Barns Park this weekend has been cancelled.

Organisers of the fireworks event which was due to take place at the retail village in Stonham Aspal, near Stowmarket, on Saturday, December 2, updated customers yesterday.

On Facebook they said said: “Unfortunately due to the weather and the condition of our field we have decided to cancel our firework night this weekend.”

This latest cancellation comes after a number firework displays across Suffolk were postponed or cancelled due the weather conditions in early November.

Stonham Barns thanked customers for their understanding and said anyone with pre-booked tickets will be issued with an automatic refund.
