The Mix on Ipswich Street in Stowmarket is set to host a free Christmas party for high school students in Suffolk

A youth charity in a Suffolk town is all set to host a free Christmas party, complete with a gingerbread house, arcade room and photo booth.

The Candy Land themed party will take place on Tuesday, December 19 at The Mix, on Ipswich Street in Stowmarket.

High school children in Year 7 to Year 11 are all invited to the event, which is part of the the charity’s 10-year-anniversary celebrations.

Running from 4-8pm The Mix will be transformed for Christmas.

On Facebook the charity posted: “Not long till our drop in Christmas Party Candy Land.

“There will be a cinema room, arcade room, photo booth, disco, gingerbread house and drop-in space in the youth hall – it’s going to be amazing.”
