Pedestrian hit by bus in Upper Brook Street, Ipswich, taken to hospital

A pedestrian was taken to the hospital after being hit by a bus in Ipswich today.

Police were called to Upper Brook Street at around 11.30am to assist the ambulance service.

The road, which was initially blocked, has now been cleared.

According to a police spokesperson the pedestrian did not suffer any life-threatening or life-changing injuries.

Police left the scene at 12.18pm.
