Bury St Edmunds assault outside pizza shop in St Andrews Street North sees man injured

A man has been injured after a serious assault in Bury St Edmunds over the weekend.

Police revealed the incident took place outside one Pizza Mama Mia in St Andrews Street North at about 3.25am on Sunday.

A man was punched in the face and then fell to the ground, which led to further injuries.

Officers are looking to speak with three men – all suspects – who were at the scene.
