This comes after a 65-year-old was arrested near Lowestoft’s Taco Bell on Sunday afternoon.

Police were called to the incident at about 2pm on Sunday to reports of what they said was a man ‘sunbathing naked’ outside the eatery, at the junction of Denmark Road and London Road North.

The man was arrested ‘very quickly’ by officers from Lowestoft’s Safer Neighbourhood Team, a police spokesman said.

Smith pleaded guilty to the charge and was remanded in custody.

He will also be fitted with an electronic tag.
