Bury St Edmunds town centre anti-social behaviour incident sees woman arrested for possession of cannabis

A woman was detained after multiple police vehicles and officers were called to Bury St Edmunds town centre last night.

Three vehicles – a van and two cars – were on Cornhill following a report of anti-social behaviour at 6.09pm.

Several officers were near Kaspa’s dessert restaurant and Edmundo Lounge.

A spokesperson said a 40-year-old woman was detained after being found in possession of cannabis.
