A14 lane closed at Risby outside Bury St Edmunds after two-lorry crash with police in attendance





There are long delays on the A14 as a lane has been closed following a crash between two lorries outside a Suffolk village.

Police were called at 8.05am to a collision involving two lorries between junction 41 and 40 westbound outside Risby, near Bury St Edmunds, with lane one now closed.

According to a spokesperson for Suffolk Police, one lorry spilt its load with officers at the scene trying to clear the area.

According to the AA traffic map there is slow traffic with tailbacks up to six miles and long delays are expected along the major route.
