Great Cornard couple feature in Alan Titchmarsh's Love Your Garden

A Suffolk couple featured in an ITV gardening show hosted by Alan Titchmarsh last night.

Charity shop worker Eileen and her husband Roy hosted Alan and his team at their home in Great Cornard, near Sudbury, for an episode of popular show Love Your Garden.

The couple had a gravel drive and muddy borders as their only garden and, since Roy suffers from Parkinson's, Eileen wanted a peaceful and pretty space for them to share.

During the show, Alan and his team, including Katie Rushworth and Frances Tophill, designed an intimate space with year-round colour including architectural planting and raised beds.
