Scouting For Girls to visit Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich in 2024 as part of new tour
One of Suffolk’s favourite bands have announced they will be returning to the county in tour in 2024.
Scouting for Girls, who have recently released their new album, The Place We Used To Meet, will be visiting Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich as part of the tour.
The band have had many successful gigs in the county, including a sellout gig at Thetford Forest for their album Everybody Wants To Be On TV, and more recently in 2019 headlining the 10th anniversary of Bardfest, in Bardwell, near Bury St Edmunds and Thetford.
They are known for their hits including She’s So Lovely, Elvis Ain’t Dead, This Ain’t A Love Song and Love How It Hurts.
Scouting for Girls will be playing at The Apex, in Bury, on Tuesday, October 15 and The Corn Exchange, in Ipswich, on Friday, November 1.
Tickets will be on sale from Friday, October 27, but those who purchase any format of their new album through their online store before 3pm on October 19 will get access to the presale.
The tour is described as being a brand new show with a brand new setlist, and a different selection of fan favourites.
