More than 100 trees were brought down as high winds battered Suffolk yesterday.

An amber weather alert for wind was in place for most of yesterday as Storm Henk swept through Suffolk.

A number of roads were closed throughout the day – either becoming impassable due to flooding, or blocked by fallen trees due to the ‘excessive winds’.
