A fitness business is to hold a charity event this weekend for two good causes.

((BOUNCE)), which runs mini-trampoline fitness-based exercise classes, has organised the event at the Victory Sports Ground in Bury St Edmunds on Saturday from 5pm-9pm.

Louise King, the franchise owner for ((BOUNCE)) Bury and Exning, near Newmarket, wanted to raise money for the Sophie Smile’s Fund for the Brain Tumour Charity and Young Lives vs Cancer because a couple of her members families have been affected by cancer. So far £800 has been raised.

The evening will include a glitter station and three back-to-back bounce sessions. There will also be food and drink and a raffle which offers attendees the chance to win tickets for Newmarket races and vouchers for hair and beauty salons.

A few tickets are left and cost £39. They can be bought here.

Information about classes can also be found on the website. The Exning classes are held at the community church hall.
