Two flood alert has been issued for areas of East and Mid Suffolk.
The River Waveney from Diss and the River Dove to Ellingham, including Bungay, is the subject one alert.
The other encompasses the River Blyth around Walpole and Chediston and the Bramfield and Wrentham watercourses.
It is likely there will be some minor flooding to low lying land, roads and riverside areas today, with river levels higher than normal.
With unsettled weather forecast to continue over the new few days, it is likely the alert will stay in force for some time.
Areas outside of Beccles including Ellingham and Ditchingham are likely to see floodwater, as well as Homersfield and Mendham.
It is likely flooding will also affect Halesworth and surrounding villages, out to Huntingfield and Wisset.
Around Diss, Eye, Shimpling and Scole could see some spill off.
Further south, flooding could stretch to Bacton, Wetheringsett and Mendlesham, near Stowmarket.
