Children with additional needs will benefit from new play equipment, thanks to money raised by Stowmarket Gipping Valley Rotary Club.

The Stowmarket and Area Opportunity Group, based at the Stepping Stones nursery, Chilton Fields, has been running for more than 25 years. Its aim is to support families and carers with children up to the age of nine who require extra help and understanding.

The group is looking to refurbish and extend its Ball Pit area, and Rotarians have agreed to fund the cost of new soft play equipment.
